1. Data We Collect

When you register or log in to WC Schedule, we collect:

• Name — used to personalise your account display
• Email address — used for account authentication and, if you opt in, service communications
• Password — stored in hashed form; we never store plaintext passwords

When you browse the site without registering, we may collect:

• Usage data — pages visited, time on page and navigation paths, collected via analytics tools
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
• Cookies — small files placed on your device to maintain session state and analyse site usage (see Section 4)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the WC Schedule service
• Authenticate your account and keep your session secure
• Analyse site performance and improve content quality
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form and is not linked to individual users after 26 months.

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")

LGPD users in Brazil have equivalent rights under Brazilian law, including the right to information about data sharing and the right to revoke consent.

8. Children's Privacy

WC Schedule is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
